"I know that you’re capable of achieving anything you want in your life. I'm here to help you build the unshakable confidence to go after your dreams with full force.”
– Margaux Flood, LCSW
Meet Margaux.
I'm a world traveler who always has at least 5 travel plans in the works.
Being an obsessive dog mom is genuinely like 80% of my personality. I have a 10yo shephard/lab mix named Sawyer.
When I’m not traveling, you can usually find me curled up in the hammock in my backyard with a book.
I've known I wanted to be a therapist since I was 15.
I’m convinced I’d be a pro surfer if only I could get over my fear of waves.
I'm a Massachusetts native, but lived in California for 7 years.
If I could, I’d spend all my time barefoot and outdoors.
My first time in therapy was when I was 5, for crippling anxiety over tornadoes after watching the movie Twister. My parents called her my "wind doctor."
I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 11 years, and I’m all in on helping people change their lives for the better.
Our sessions will feel like a heartfelt talk on the (virtual) couch with your ride-or-die ally, the one who backs you up but also nudges you to rise to the occasion.
It’s a chill, judgment-free zone where you can be yourself fully.
We embrace all emotions here. Need to vent and get something off your chest? Go right ahead. But at the end of the day, our focus is on finding solutions and doing the work.
We're not just talking. We’re making real change happen.
